Mikael Forssell for Birmingham (vs Blackburn Rovers), 19th April 2006

Hello. Having just been walloped 6-0 in a game of 11-a-side last night, I'm not sure I'm quite ready to talk about football again just yet.

Alas, it's that time of the week again, so although the pain and humiliation are still fresh in my mind, I'll have to just get straight back on the horse....predictions please.

Arsenal 2-1 Tottenham
Bolton 1-0 Charlton
Everton 2-1 Birmingham
Newcastle 1-1 West Brom
Portsmouth 2-0 Sunderland
Chelsea 1-2 Liverpool
Boro 1-2 West Ham

And this week's wildcards....

Celtic 3-1 Rangers
Burton Albion 1-0 Forest Green

it was 5-0 mate, not 6-0. Not that it matters much.

Arsenal 3-1 Spurs
Bolton 2-0 Charlton
Everton 2-0 Birmingham
Newcastle 3-1 West Brom
Portsmouth 2-0 Sunderland
Chelsea 1-0 Liverpool
Boro 2-1 West Ham

and some odd wildcards

Celtic 3-1 Rangers
Burton 1-1 Forest Green

I promise I will update the predictions table when I get half an hour. Sorry y'all.

according to the dubious goals committee (and the league table) it was 6-0. It doesn't matter much to us, does it? Without our keeper it would have been about 100-0.

I was right back / right midfield (I'm a lot fitter than our right midfielder....)

I also refereed for about 25 minutes or so.

We played quite well, actually....

Lord B was a midfield lynchpin. The Jan Molby of our team, if you like....

Our centrebacks played very well, as did our keeper. They were just being overrun out of the midfield.

ho hum.
